Call the coroner to certify the death and issue a death certificate. Once you have the death certificate, you can contact us on 099/473-8676 to arrange the complete funeral organisation for the deceased.
You can contact us 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
If the death occurred in unusual circumstances, leave the body and the area as you found them in case a police investigation is required.
DEATH IN HOSPITAL
After you are notified by the hospital, please contact us on 099/473-8676 to arrange collection and delivery of clothing to the pathology department or the mortuary where the deceased will be prepared, and to discuss the further organisation and arrangement of the funeral.

We take care of all the other steps involved in collecting the deceased, organising the final farewell and honouring the wishes of the bereaved.
DEATH IN A CARE HOME FOR THE ELDERLY
The care home staff will notify you, after which you can call 099/473-8676 to arrange the collection of the deceased and the organisation of the funeral.

DEATH ABROAD

Urn transfer with the ashes of the deceased is carried out without a burial permit, but a crematorium certificate is required (to be presented to police officers upon entry into Croatia).
